today we had a training about microsoft's Windows Live One Care with Gerald as the trainer. It was within the first half of our shift and before lunch, so medyo tomguts na kami nun pero syempre we need to do it..grabe information overload nga eh, daming features nung software, some could even make some misconceptions and confusions especially with issues like wireless internet connection but thanks because atleast now we have an idea of what it is and what it really does.
