windows live we should care

today we had a training about microsoft's Windows Live One Care with Gerald as the trainer. It was within the first half of our shift and before lunch, so medyo tomguts na kami nun pero syempre we need to do it..grabe information overload nga eh, daming features nung software, some could even make some misconceptions and confusions especially with issues like wireless internet connection but thanks because atleast now we have an idea of what it is and what it really does.

The training took about 2 hours I think...some were attentively listening

and some.., were I think listening and i should say internalizing the lecture as well?? :) peace lng po kay bro. kenneth.. ok lng yan, medyo comfy kasi dun sa pwesto nya kaya ganun..syempre d maiiwasan.. :) Then after the training, we went for a 15 min break tapos team meeting nman..hayy grabe, sarap..long hours off the phone every once in a long while..not bad.
